Too cool for school?

I hear a lot of people around me saying that school is all bullshit. If not, school up to and including Year 10 is bullshit. Apparently, this way of thinking is
cool. No, it's not. Seriously, that leb guy's talk really got to me. ›› Do you want to achieve over 90 in the School Certificate?
›› If yes, are you studying like you want to get over 90 in the School Certificate?
Honestly, since day 1 in high school, our educators have been trying to make sure that we are prepared for the School Certificate and Higher School Certificate. In return, our attitudes are such as "Psh, school. It doesn't actually matter until Year 11 and 12." And those that say "As long as it doesn't show up on my report so my parents find out, it's okay." So, what about that massive report at the end of your high school years that reflects your learning for the past 6 years? You can hide mid-year reports from your parents, but there's no way you can hide your HSC result from your parents.
To be completely contradictory, I used to think like this too. Why? I thought it was "cool" that I didn't care about school. But deep inside, I tried to get good marks. Why again? I want a good future. Not one that's screwed up because I thought it was cool to do drugs in my mid-teenage years. Recently, I found myself a career path. One that I'm sure of and that will lead to a good future, if successful. To make it successful I have to do well in school, and by that, I have to try.
Does that sound childish and uncool? The fact that we go to school, not because that's where our friends are, but because we want to learn. I'm sure I could ask anyone in the world whether they wanted a good future or not and they would reply with Yes, I do want a good future. There are some in this world who aren't as privileged as you are and can't even afford education.
If school didn't matter, don't come. And don't go saying that your parents this your parents that... If you genuinely don't like school, don't want a future, run away. I'm going to tell you this plainly. You go to school to learn. It all adds up to your final mark that the rest of your future relies upon. For those that go to school and think that really think that school is bullshit and doesn't matter at all, think about why you come at all.

Today was the first day of school - as you probably would know. It was a pretty good first day of school, ignoring how freezing it was ;; but towards the end of the day, it started getting warmer, that was good.
So today, being the first day of school, my mum dragged me out of bed at 7:15AM - literally. Gah, 7:15AM is so off, what happened to the good old holiday days where you slept in until 11:00AM. Well, during the holidays, I tried to be good, and tried making myself wake up at 8:00AM to get used to waking up early again, one word - fail. Actually, there was one day I woke up at 7:30AM. I found that a bit strange. And there was another day I woke up at 8:15AM towards the end of the holidays, so I can't
exactly say I failed. Anyway, this morning kind of went like this - alarm goes off at 6:00AM. Snooze. Goes off at 6:05AM. Snooze. Goes off at 6:10AM. Snooze. Goes off at 6:15AM. Next alarm goes off at 6:30AM. Snooze until 6:45AM. At 7:00AM, Mum wakes me up. I say, Sure. Sleeps some more. At 7:15AM. Pulls off the covers. Feels cold. Gets up and gets the covers and sleeps some more. 7:17AM. Mum comes back in. Pulls off the covers - again. Feels cold - again. Curls up in a ball to stay warm. Mum grabs my feet and drags me off my bed. - went along those lines anyway - yeah, very short sentences.
Eventually I did actually get up - a shame.
Well, I got to school and I saw everyone - well duh...but hmm. I was feeling a bit bored. So I randomly went outside to get a tissue with Erica.What a morning. Oh and I got Pikachu slippers from Davo. Thank you Davo. They are very very warm and toasty. Thank you very much. :] Very cute too - random shoutout -
First period - Science ;; very boring. Doing reproduction. Not doing
that much.
Second period - Geography ;; very boring again. Finishing random crap on Tropical Cyclones - not like you would care, but yeah..
Third period - Commerce ;; more random stuff to do. I was doing a sheet and had just finished when I realised I did it all wrong. Which sucked. ==
This week, instead of having sport, we had Grade Sport Trials. Me and a couple of other people joined of for touch footy. that bad. But whatever okay.
After school, some of us went to the mall, either to shop around, look around, or catch a bus. I wanted to go to Maccas, so me and Jenny ran to Maccas and got some stuff. Then we were just in sight of the bus stop and we saw the bus, and Jenny was like "Chia, it's the bus!" So we ran. &&we made it. Then around Forestway, there were some people in their cars, and I waved, and they waved back. :] Random, yes I know.
On the bus, me and Jenny were randomly talking about team names. Random. Then I was thinking of last year. Red Bull. That was random. The theory didn't really go though. That's just another random story. Then thinking back some more, I thought of the Year 7 days and our Gala Day team name was
Ginger Ninjas. Yes, no idea how that came up. But yeah. Then thinking back to the Year 8 Gala Day, I thought of our team name again -
Ginga Ninjas Reborn. Then I was thinking of Year 9, and I was thinking..
Ginger Ninjas Reborn...then both me and Jenny say

Some more random shxt I feel like talking about. Dance.
Yeah, I read about Emma and Will talking about So You Think You Can Dance, but I'll just put my own opinion in. Well, yeah, Talia won. That was kind of obvious..yeah. Anyway, preferrably, I would have rathered Charlie won. 1 - he's really good dancer. 2 - very optimistic. 3 - very smiley. very important. Anyway, yes Will, I would have liked Timomatic to win if he didn't get eliminated. - cough cough -

Sigh. How boring school can get. This is me getting sidetracked from Commerce. You see ;; Every day of our lives we enter into countless consumer contracts without ever giving them a single thought. Whether we are making simple purchases, such as picking up our weekly groceries, or buying expensive items such as houses and cars, we rely on consumer laws to protect us. ;; Yeah, dadada..You know what? I don't fcking care. This is boring. I get sidetracked too easily ;; to think that I'm blogging to rid myself of boredom, I blog. But then again, I'm blogging about more commerce. Not much difference there except I can swear and get off topic. Oh Go away Commerce, I don't care about you so..meh.Ah, well, something better to talk about. Oh lol, well today, I brought my shxt for Week A goddammit. Oh well, I just brought an extra English book and no Maths book. How annoying. But oh well. That wasn't too interesting. But, something other than commerce. OMG. Lol, commerce is kind of funnny though. Because I always happen to sit next to Jackie, so its always poking game. Lol. I want Rendell T_T. Good morning all. Today is starting off horrible. I woke up at 5:45 just to study for Maths. Sigh. No-life. Did I hear someone say that? Well, yes, that's me. Maths, should be thinking about Maths. Maths. Maths. Maths. Maths.Omg. I'm going to fall asleep in the maths test and all waking up early will come to waste. Sigh. Partially, because the Maths test is at the end of the day, after all the other tiring periods. Falling asleep at the end of the day, with a maths test in front of you is not a good sign. I bet you my dad's going to scream at me because I woke up so early to study for a maths test. Yes, I know, You would think he would be happy I have such devotion. So much devotion that I start writing a blog and go on msn...But no, he would say random shxt about how I wouldn't get enough sleep because I only started studying yesterday. Fck man. Shxt life I lead.Sigh, I'm struggling to stay awake even now. This is bad, if I fall asleep, I won't be able to wake up again. So tired. Studying Linear Equations isn't helping. I already wasted my night last night arguing about not studying and shxt, and now you're being all retarded and shouting at me because I'm studying more than I feel like?? Go away. Argh, In such a shxt mood this morning. If any of you happen to read this blog this morning, I'm going to be in a bad mood. Fcking hell. I wasted 40 minutes of my time arguing with my parents because it took more than a minute to pringt out 40 pages of maths shxt. And in case you hadn't noticed, Dad, these sheets are for my study, not for fun. Geez.Crap, crap, crap. I have to go back to studying, but Omg. I have so much to rant&&rage about. Hellos. Today was boring. Nothing happened. First period was Maths. Did a few of last years and random tests. Tomorrow is Maths test. I'm going to fail really badly. Second period was Commerce. Did questions. Third period was Science. We were in the computer room. Such a trek up to computer room. Fourth period was English. We had a subsitute again. We played this game I forget its name ;; It was about dictionaries. Fifth period was Japanese. LOL. "nfii" Geez Gavin. "nifii" Geez Jenny. Lol, today, Jackie cut her hair. And it was REALLY cute. Well, she didn't. But the way everyone pictured it was cute. I don't feel like saying anything today. Unless something funny actually happens.Omg. I swear little kid hates me now. Roger and Liam are cool. Lol. Roger's just taller than me, goddammit. Liam is small and cute. LOL. Little kid hates me T_T. Want to cry. I went to do paper runs a while ago, and some randoms were shaking their heads at me...It was strange. O_O Nothing much to say.Gosh, I am extremely bored. Hellos. Today was..well I can't think of a word to describe it actually. So anyways. I just need to make something clear ;; and I've always forgotten to put it into all my other blogs, so I'm going to say it now."I hate the librarian"
He's so fcking annoying. I swear he like, hates us asians.
When we laugh a bit, he goes ;; ah, you're so loud, only 4 to a desk..dadidada ;; and to other people hes like ;; oh, you're playing chess? oh thats nice ;; when they laugh their fcking heads off. Seriously.
Well today, it was Shave for a Cure. Suzie shaved her hair. You brave girl. And ;; omg ;; Steve waxed his legs. God, that was foul. And he did actually start bleeding. That was disgusting. I don't even want to talk about it. Apparently we raised about $1700 or something. Fcking hell, I was looking through the newspaper. And some random people from either Stella Maris or Mackellar got put in the fcking newspaper. What about us?! How come?! No! And, I was looking at the advertisement for On Show at the back of the newspaper, and there's a list of the schools in Northern Beaches, and we're last?! WTF? That was full rant&&rage.
Then, Period 2, we had Graphics. And I finally finished drawing my room. Now I just got to take a photo of it. That's troublesome. Ah, sigh, I was going to pinkify Jonno's room again, but he caught me before I got to get started. That was a shame. T_T. Man, that would've been funny. I was actually going to start doing the next task thingo, but I didn't actually listen to what we were supposed to do. So...
Period 3, Geography. Boring. Nothing to talk about. Oh oh oh. Seymour had a haircut and it looks like Ms. Edmonds. For those who know who she is. Well, that was the only thing I got to say. And she marked our books. She's like a Paterson clone. But she's more lenient with equipment. And she can stray off topic really easily. That's a plus. ;]
Sport, wet weather. Well, we brought down all the gear, and set up all the gear, and started playing mini tennis for five minutes. Then we packed it all up again, and took it all back to the sports cupboard. Then, 030, to watch movie. LikeMike. You know, I realised, when they're cheering for the little kid, they're just repeating the same tune, same words over and over again. The tune is kind of annoying actually. They're just like. Something about,

Jackie and me were really late. Made everyone miss the first bit. Oh well. >_>. Gosh. Well, actually I can't be bothered to talk about it. Apparently, Jackie killed Gavin during that. According to Gavin.
After movie, Jackie went zoom, and went off. Gavin&&Daran missed the bus, so did I. So we went up and down the lift. And there was a mirror. Then I went home.
I enrolled in art class. So probably on Wednesdays now, from 5:25-7:15 I'll be at art class. So..yeh.

Today, I finally decided to start a blog. Where I can rant and go on about random things that just go on in life ;; or dreams. Or, this is just something to fill up spare time. Well, you can't really call it spare time, because it's actually time you're supposed to be doing homework, but just can't be bothered. I probably won't expect this to go for very long before it dies, like any other of my blogs would die. I remember creating a blog and never actually doing anything to it. Well, I did do something ... I wrote hi, then I left it. That's kind of how all of my blogs or these kind of things end up ;; dead. I did kind of start thinking about doing video blogs, but then I was like, nah, too bothersome. I'm kind of someone who can't even be bothered to walk a metre or so to get a piece of paper from the printer ;; so all working out is done on paint. Unless I am feeling slightly unlazy [is this even a word?] and do decide to get a piece of paper.
